Evidence-Based Policy-Making

Policy-making is evidence-based when policies (e.g., use of resources by clinicians), service policies (e.g., resource allocation, pattern of services), and governance policies (e.g., organizational and financial structures) are based on research evidence of benefit, or cost-benefit.
