Peter is a pioneer in literature review automation and since 2001, he has worked with 250 research groups around the globe.
Peter has previously held senior management roles with Oracle, TrialStat, WebGain, Mitel, and Flick Software. He has an MBA from Queen’s and a BSc in Computer Science from Carleton.
Peter is an active volunteer and chairs Race the Runway, an annual event that raises money for local charities.
Naomi Morisawa De Koven
Naomi Morisawa De Koven is the managing lawyer of MDK Business Law and is DistillerSR’s General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer. Naomi is a past recipient of the Ottawa Business Journal’s Forty under 40, and a volunteer director of several not-for-profit organizations. Prior to moving to Ottawa, she was a Toronto-based partner at a national law firm.
Executive Vice President, Operations
As executive vice president of operations, Chris is responsible for security, IT, operations, compliance, marketing, and corporate communications. He brings more than 20 years of high-tech experience to DistillerSR Inc. His experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering results and solutions for Fortune 500 and growing companies. Prior to joining DistillerSR, he was a member of the Atos North America management team as Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications.

Susan Richards, FCPA, FCMA has over two decades of financial leadership experience in the tech sector and has helped over 40 start-ups.
Susan enjoys breaking down financial complexities into simple concepts that enable management alignment driving better financial performance outcomes.
Susan currently serving as Co-Chair of the Board of Directors at Invest Ottawa and Director at the Kanata North Business Association.
Senior Vice President, Strategic Growth
For more than 20 years, Marc has led results-oriented teams and initiatives to consistently exceed targets with an emphasis on building long-term relationships.
Marc has been instrumental in accelerating the adoption of DistillerSR by identifying new market opportunities.
Marc was a OBJ Top 40 under 40 recipient in 2008 and holds a BA from Laurentian University.
Vice President, Marketing
“Impact” is one word that moves Dipalli, she has a passion for increasing pipeline revenue contributed by marketing activities and building brands that align with customer values. Prior to joining DistillerSR, she held senior leadership, management, and operational positions at Incognito Software System, TD, MindBridge Ai and Disney. Dipalli is a recipient of Adobe’s “Fearless 50 Marketers” and has an MBA from Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa.
Vice President, Customer Success
Jean-François has over 20 years of experience in the software industry. Prior to joining DistillerSR, Jean-François was the VP of Customer Success for Assent Compliance.
Over the years, he has successfully managed the enterprise rollout of SaaS solutions to hundreds of large corporations.
Jean-François has a BA and MA in Canadian Military History from McGill and the Université du Québec in Montréal.
Vice President, Engineering
With over 20 years of experience designing and delivering software, Mark’s expertise in multi-tenant SaaS makes him an invaluable part of our executive team.
Prior to DistillerSR, Mark was the CTO at Klipfolio, his passion for leadership, efficiency, and scalability empowers our engineering team to strive for excellence.
He is also passionate about mentoring developers and creating a culture of positivity, curiosity, and continuous learning on his team.
As DistillerSR’s Controller, Diane oversees the financial operations of the company. With extensive experience in accounting and business management, she maintains a steady hand at the financial helm and keeps corporate finances crisp, lean, and focused.
When she’s not at work, Diane is likely to be found playing softball or relaxing by her pool. She’s also a Green Bay Packers superfan who has been known to plan her vacations around their schedule.
