DistillerSR Rebrand FAQ Payments and Vendor Management
On September 23, 2022 Evidence Partners Incorporated formally changed its name to DistillerSR Inc. The name change does not impact the provision of services customers have purchased from us and all agreements in the company’s old name will remain valid and binding as per their terms.
There are steps you need to take to update payment information and vendor management systems, please refer to the FAQ below:
What corporate changes were made to Evidence Partners Incorporated along with the name change?
Only the legal name of our organization was changed. DistillerSR Inc. is still the same independent Canadian corporation, with the same corporate structure and banking, tax, and business information.
How long will you accept payment to Evidence Partners Incorporated?
All payments in transit made to Evidence Partners Incorporated will be accepted until January 1, 2023.
Has your bank account information or accounts payable information changed?
No, all banking information will remain the same, only the payee name has changed. Please see your invoice for specific banking details.
Has the address changed?
No, we are still located at 505 March Road, Suite 450, Ottawa, ON, K2K 3A4, Canada
What do I need to do on my end?
Update your vendor account, invoice portal software, or vendor management system to replace the name Evidence Partners Incorporated with our new name DistillerSR Inc.
